LeMay Commerce is The Commerce Operating System — an AI-powered Shopify application that provides 129 tools across 24 categories for managing your entire store through natural language commands. Instead of navigating the Shopify admin manually, you describe what you want in plain English, and LeMay Commerce executes the operation precisely.
When you type a command like "show me my top 10 customers this month" or "create a 20% discount code for returning customers," LeMay Commerce's AI engine analyzes your intent, routes the request to the appropriate tool (or tools), constructs the necessary Shopify GraphQL API calls, executes them, and returns the results — all in seconds.
LeMay Commerce accesses only the data you authorize during installation. This includes orders, products, customers, inventory, fulfillments, shipping, discounts, gift cards, marketing, content, themes, analytics, metafields, metaobjects, files, locales, markets, publications, checkouts, draft orders, locations, and fulfillment orders. All access is governed by Shopify's OAuth scopes and your explicit approval.
No. We do not sell, rent, or trade your store data. Natural language commands are processed through our AI partners for intent detection, but raw customer PII is not transmitted to third-party providers. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.
Startup ($29/mo, 65 tools) is ideal for solo operators and new stores. Small Business ($99/mo, 80 tools) suits growing stores that need broader coverage. Business ($149/mo, 105 tools) is for established brands. Corporate ($249/mo, 129 tools) and Enterprise ($499/mo, 129 tools + automation) provide complete access. LeMay Agency ($14,999/mo) includes a dedicated Account Manager and done-for-you operations.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from the Billing page inside LeMay Commerce. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. All billing is processed through Shopify's native billing system.
Select plans include a free trial period. Trial availability and duration are displayed during plan selection. You will not be charged until the trial period ends.
Upon uninstallation, your session data and access tokens are deleted within 24 hours. Cached store data is purged within 48 hours. Usage logs are anonymized within 30 days. Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by tax law. Your Shopify store data is never modified or deleted by the uninstallation process.
LeMay Commerce only modifies your store data when you explicitly instruct it to through a command. Read operations (viewing orders, listing products, generating reports) never modify your data. Write operations (creating orders, updating inventory, applying discounts) execute exactly what you request and nothing more.
LeMay Commerce is built exclusively on Shopify's GraphQL Admin API. We do not use the legacy REST API. All operations are executed through Shopify's official, supported API endpoints.
LeMay Commerce works with all Shopify plans that support custom app installation, including Basic Shopify, Shopify, Advanced Shopify, and Shopify Plus. Some features may depend on the Shopify API access available on your specific Shopify plan.
